Lusos Bread & Bakery began its journey in 2024, inspired by Lusine Chalabyan’s remarkable experience in desserts and her passion for crafting exceptional sourdough bread. After years of mastering the art of delicate pastries, Lusine embraced the noble craft of sourdough baking, focusing on the perfect harmony of flour, water, and salt.
